Online Hydrogen Purity Analyzer uses sensors based on a reliable and stable thermal conductivity concept that provides high sensitivity and accurate analysis of two-phase gases. It is designed in such a way as to monitor hydrogen purity in the generator and gas purity of the generator during the gas replacement process.
With a rich external control port, users can freely choose and easily set the form of a plug-in transmitter or access port. On-site inspections and alarms are available. The system has integrated sound, light alarms and provides a relay that is normally open to the control terminal.
The Tri-Gas Analyzer Are Designed Specifically For Monitoring H2 Purity In The H2 Feed To A Power Generator And To Monitor The Purging Procedure During Shut Down. The Analyzer Can Measure The Following Gases By Switch Selection: Range 1: 0-100.0% H2 In Air; Range 2 : 0-100.0% H2 In CO2; Range 3 : 0-100.0% Air In CO2. A 4-20 MA Output Is Provided For The Range Of 85-100% H2 In Air, Along With Two Gas Alarms And A Sensor Fail Alarm.
